Created by Dani Jackson, Detox and Longevity Specialist, Integrative Medicine Practitioner, and Pilates, Yoga & Barre Instructor, Empowered Body™ is a signature movement method that fuses intelligent Pilates sequencing, strength training, and graceful flow.
Each class is designed to build lean, sculpted strength, improve posture and mobility, and restore feminine balance through seamless transitions and layered sequencing.
You’ll move through precise, advanced combinations using small equipment like the Pilates ball, circle, resistance bands, and light weights — with each intense phase followed by a stretch to release and lengthen.
This is more than a class; it’s a full-body transformation designed to help you feel strong, radiant, and empowered from the inside out.
Move with purpose. Sculpt with intention. Empower your body.

VINYASA YOGA
A style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever the same.
Vinyasa yoga recognises the temporary nature of things. We enter into a posture, are there for 1-8 breaths and then you leave.
Vinyasa allows you to move intuitively; it welcomes creativity. It is a practice of strength, and a moving meditation. There are no rules in vinyasa yoga, just breathe, relax and flow.
It is a full body practice, you work the whole body. Vinyasa can help you build muscle with a consistent practice.
There are many health benefits to vinyasa such as keeping your heart healthy, enhances core stability, calms the mind and reduces stress, boosts mood, grants flexibility, improves sleep, regulates the emotions, increases lung capacity, bolsters energy levels, burns calories and strengthens the immune system.
Vinyasa is a practice that helps enhance overall health and well-being.
YIN YOGA
Soothe your nervous system, let go of the need to always be busy, and learn to truly relax and be in the present moment.
Yin yoga is a slow and passive form of yoga; yoga poses are held for a longer period of time, usually between 1-5 minutes. More experienced students might hold asanas anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
These long holds create greater health and wellness within the body, they also create a greater range of movement as holding yoga poses for longer periods of time allows the deeper connective tissues within the body to stretch and release.
Your physical body will benefit most from practising yin yoga because it touches every element of your musculoskeletal system. Yin yoga focuses on your fascia - tissue around your organs and muscles, so you should feel improved health on the inside, which should improve how you feel on the outside.
A Practice of Self-Love & Self Acceptance
PILATES
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century.
Mat Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on strengthening and toning muscles through mat-based movements. The goal of this workout is to improve posture and increase flexibility.
It is predominately a body weight workout, there are times when we add equipment into the mix such as resistance bands, balls, weights or the Pilates bar or circle. These pieces of equipment add an extra challenge to your workout and help improve your balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
Mat work is a great way to start your Pilates journey. It tones, strengthens and burns fat while boosting mental health.
One of the main benefits of mat work is that it’s low-impact. This makes it a great choice for people who have injuries or high cortisol levels and need a better choice of exercise for their hormone health.
There are many benefits to taking Pilates classes, including:
Toning and strengthening the body
Burning fat and calories
Improving mental health
Preventing back pain
Increasing stamina
Helping athletes perform better
Building core strength
Pilates may also help improve your mood and mental focus. Studies have shown that regular Pilates classes may lead to improved energy levels and heightened brain function.
All of these factors can contribute to a better quality of life and healthier lifestyle.
