I’m Dani Jackson — a Detox & Longevity Specialist, Integrative Nutritionist, movement teacher, and author and I help women heal deeply, age beautifully, and rebuild their bodies from the inside out.

My work is rooted in one core truth:
the body doesn’t need forcing — it needs the right conditions to heal.

After navigating my own journey with autoimmune illness, thyroid dysfunction, hormone imbalance, and chronic inflammation, I realised that real healing doesn’t come from chasing symptoms. It comes from addressing the foundations: the gut, detox pathways, nervous system, feminine hormones, and cellular health.

That’s why everything I teach is science-backed, gentle, and feminine — never aggressive, never depleting.

I specialise in gut health and detoxification as the starting point for all healing, because the gut controls hormones, immunity, inflammation, skin health, mood, and how we age. From there, my work expands into liver support, lymphatic flow, DNA repair, mitochondrial health, stem cell activation, and feminine longevity.

Alongside nutrition and detox, movement is a core pillar of my work. I’m the founder of Empowered Body™, a method blending Pilates, barre, yoga, yin, fascia work, and breath — designed to sculpt a toned, elegant body while supporting hormones, calming the nervous system, and enhancing feminine flow.

This philosophy comes together in my signature framework, the GoddessDNA Wellness Method™ — a holistic approach to female health that integrates gut healing, detox, DNA repair, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and graceful strength. It’s about building a body that feels calm, strong, radiant, and resilient — at every stage of life.

I’m also the author of multiple books on gut health, hormones, detox, and women’s wellness, and I work with women worldwide through my books, courses, classes, and nutrition consultations.

My mission is simple:
to teach women how to heal, not just what to take and to help them reclaim their vitality, confidence, and feminine power at a cellular level.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with thousands of people worldwide, supporting them through gut healing, detoxification, hormone balance, autoimmune recovery, and long-term health transformation.

My work extends beyond one-to-one nutrition support. I’ve taught health retreats, workshops, and seminars internationally, with a strong focus on female hormones, gut health, detoxification, and nervous system regulation.

Through retreats and live teaching, I guide people through practical, real-world healing — combining science-backed education with movement, breathwork, nourishment, and lifestyle rituals that women can actually sustain.

Dani Jackson had Graves' disease (an autoimmune of the thyroid gland); she also battled with chronic acne all over her body and fought her way back to health by changing her diet, lifestyle and healing the gut, the liver and the lymphatic system.
