🦷 DAILY ORAL CARE ROUTINE

1. Oil Pulling (Morning Ritual)

How: Swish 1 tbsp of organic cold-pressed coconut oil in your mouth for 10–15 minutes, then spit in the trash.

• Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and don’t brush too hard—aggressive brushing worsens recession.

4. Salt Rinse (Healing Antibacterial Rinse)

• Mix ½ tsp Himalayan salt in warm water. Swish for 30 seconds twice daily.

• Optional: Add a splash of hydrogen peroxide (3%) for whitening and deeper cleansing.

💧 INTERNAL SUPPORT

5. Boost Collagen & Vitamin C

Vitamin C is crucial for gum tissue regeneration.

• Natural sources: Camu camu, oranges, bell peppers, parsley, strawberries.

• Add a plant-based collagen booster or collagen-supporting herbs like horsetail and nettle.

6. Mineral-Rich Foods

• Gum health = calcium, magnesium, silica, phosphorus.

• Eat leafy greens, sea moss, sea vegetables, sesame seeds, Brazil nuts.

🌿 Aloe Vera Gel (pure, inner leaf)

• Rub on gums before bed to reduce bleeding and promote regeneration.

🌿 CoQ10 Supplement

• Known to support gum tissue regeneration.

• Take 100mg daily (liposomal or ubiquinol form).

NATURAL TEETH WHITENING TIPS

1. Baking Soda + Turmeric Paste (2–3x/week)

• Mix 1 tsp baking soda + ½ tsp turmeric + coconut oil.

• Gently brush for 2 minutes.

2. Activated Charcoal Powder (once a week)

• Gently brush for 1–2 minutes. Rinse well.

3. Strawberry Paste

• Crush 1 strawberry with ½ tsp baking soda.
